Overview:
We are looking for a driven Market Manager to lead and grow our moving operations in the.This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path to Regional Manager for the right candidate.
You’ll take ownership of building a reliable team, managing daily schedules, and ensuring smooth operations across all jobs in your market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and manage a team of movers and drivers
- Build weekly schedules and ensure full job coverage
- Oversee daily operations and job execution
- Address customer concerns and ensure service quality
- Step in on jobs when needed to support your team
- Maintain team accountability, attendance, and performance
- Coordinate with leadership on hiring needs and market growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in operations, logistics, or team leadership
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead a team while staying hands-on
- Reliable, consistent, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $50,000 – $60,000 base salary
- Obtainable commission available
- Annual raises based on performance
- Growth path to Regional Manager
