Guest Service Agent We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. Responsibilities Cordially welcomes guest and perform accurate check-in and check-out procedures Respond and handle phone guest inquiries efficiently and accurately Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit card data Allocate rooms for expected arrivals to meet guest requests and preferences Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, such as wedding guests Provide concierge services to guests such as transportation, amenity requests, dining reservations, and local tours Upsell to promote hotel services and facilities Assist with food and beverage functions including morning breakfast and evening wine service Skills and Qualifications Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role Experience with hotel reservations software Guest service oriented Excellent communication and organizational skills Degree in hotel management is a plus Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Job Details Location: San Francisco, CA 94108 (relocate prior to start preferred) Schedule: 8-hour shift, day shift, night shift, Monday to Friday, weekend availability, on call as needed Hours per week: 10-19, 20-29, 30-39 Job Types: Full-time (part-time also possible) Salary: $22.00 per hour Waiting period may apply.
