Leading complex public health programs, the full-time Senior Program Officer, Georgia will manage multiple interrelated projects focused on advancing maternal and neonatal health in sub-Saharan Africa and informing drowning prevention strategies in the U.S., while working in a hybrid environment based in Atlanta, GA. Key responsibilities Leads the coordinated management of time-bound projects to enhance program implementation and public health practices Formulates program-related goals, objectives, and strategic plans ensuring alignment with organizational standards Builds strong partnerships and provides strategic expertise for effective program implementation Required qualifications Master's degree in public health or a related field from an accredited institution Minimum of 10 years of public health experience, with a preference for expertise in tobacco control or injury prevention Experience with enterprise resource planning systems for program management and budgeting Proficiency in managing public-private partnerships and collaborations Strong technical skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management
