The CML Finisher plays an important role in ensuring products are properly finished, handled, and prepared for delivery to restaurant locations.

Position Summary

The CML Finisher is responsible for finishing, handling, and preparing dough and baked products for distribution. This role ensures products meet company standards for quality, consistency, and food safety before being delivered to restaurant locations.

This is a hands-on, non-exempt position operating in a production environment.

Essential Functions

In this role, you will:

• Finish dough and baked products according to company standards and procedures
• Apply toppings, glazes, fillings, or other finishing steps as required
• Inspect products to ensure quality, consistency, and proper appearance
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
• Maintain proper handling, storage, labeling, and rotation of products
• Prepare finished products for packaging and delivery
• Operate equipment used in finishing and product handling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Assist with production flow to ensure timely completion of daily output
• Work collaboratively with production and delivery teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous food production, bakery, or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and processes
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation

Pay Range: $9.00 per hour – $10.00 per hour

Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.

This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to perform the following, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Stand for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Bend, reach, stoop, and kneel frequently
• Perform repetitive motions, including handling and finishing products
• Work in a production environment with exposure to equipment, temperature changes, and noise

Work Environment

This role operates in a food production environment and may involve exposure to machinery, temperature-controlled areas, and fast-paced production conditions. Team members are expected to follow all safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment.
