Provide compassionate and effective legal representation to clients. Work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Prepare legal documents, negotiate settlements, and advise clients strategically. Represent clients in court and attend case-related proceedings. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues. Manage caseloads and meet deadlines. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 1 year of relevant family law experience. Active membership and good standing with the Colorado State Bar. Exceptional writing skills with high-quality samples. Strong verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Client-focused mindset and strong professional references. Skills & Competencies Knowledge of family law principles. Legal research and analytical skills. Excellent drafting and communication skills. Negotiation and courtroom presentation skills. Proficiency in legal technology and case management software. Additional Information Salary Range: $90,000 – $146,800 annually, based on experience and other factors.
