Tax Manager / Senior Tax ManagerA growing mid-sized regional public accounting firm is seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager with 8+ years of public accounting tax experience, preferably with a focus on Estate, Trust, and High-Net-Worth (HNW) returns, to step into a leadership-focused role supporting continued firm growth.Responsibilities:Review complex individual, estate, trust, and high-net-worth tax returnsProvide tax planning and client advisory servicesMentor and supervise tax staff and seniorsManage multiple engagements and deadlinesQualifications:8+ years of public accounting tax experienceExperience with Estate, Trust, and HNW clients preferredLeadership and mentoring experience preferredCPA preferred or actively pursuingCompensation & Benefits:Competitive compensation (DOE) + discretionary bonusHybrid to mostly remote flexibilityContinuing education funding and advancement opportunitiesCollaborative culture with balanced workload (~55 hrs busy season / ~36 hrs off-season)If you are ready to take the next step into a high-impact leadership role with a growing firm that values collaboration, flexibility, and long-term career advancement, apply confidentially today!
