The Cottages at Rockmart is seeking to hire a detail-oriented, well organized professional to join our Management Team. This position will be primarily responsible for employee services, accounts payable and payroll processes. Our campus offers a new culture of skilled nursing *REAL HOME *MEANINGFUL LIFE * EMPOWERED STAFFING * Some responsibilities include: Hiring staff and assisting employees with HR-related inquiries and issues Processing accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner Ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time Maintaining employee records and files Assisting with benefits administration Applicants must be professional, demonstrate comprehensive communication skills and exhibit the ability to work well with others while in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in employee services, accounts payable, or payroll is required.
