Registered Nurse

As our Registered Nurse at CHI St. Francis Health, you'll excel in your nursing career by providing long-term care (LTC) services to the residents of our facility. We are offering a $30,000 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. Nursing students and licensed nurses interested in working in a nursing home also may now qualify for up to $40,000 in student loan repayment and/or a $10,000 stipend in exchange for a three-year commitment to serve in a qualifying nursing home in a rural or higher labor-shortage area through CMS.

Job Requirements

• Registered Nurse degree from a recognized college or university
• Active Minnesota license in good standing
• BLS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle engage others and handle conflicts resulting in positive outcome
• Strong leadership skills

St. Francis Nursing Home is an 80-bed skilled nursing facility attached to CHI St. Francis Health acute hospital and Primary Care and Walk-in Clinic providing quality nursing care to residents in and around Breckenridge, MN.
