What’s In It For You Site Location: Durham, NC Security Supervisor Positions Available Saturday - Sunday | 6am-2pm = 16 hour shift Saturday-Sunday 2pm-10pm | Monday - Tuesday 10pm-6am = 32 hour shift Competitive hourly wage of 19.65/HR for Supervisor (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees) Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, paid holidays, disability coverage, life insurance options Career growth opportunities Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors Manage access control Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Answer questions in person or by phone Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property Scheduling Ensure all posts remain covered Communicate with your manager Qualifications Authorized to work in the U.S. PPSB license required CPR required Valid driver's license required High school diploma or GED Pass extensive screening process Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone and computer skills Security, military, law enforcement experience – even better State license if required Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
