Additional paid sick leave is also provided if required by state or local law.The Warehouse Clerk/Driver is responsible for receiving, storing and distributing material, tools equipment and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timelines of all job functions and also delivers material and equipment to clients and vendors as needed.Essential Functions:Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processingResponsible for working in a warehouse environment and drive truck to make deliveries to customer locationsOperates a forklift safely, within OSHA/WISHA regulationsPick, review order, pack, and load accurately for customersRead customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed and/or shippedLoad trucks in a safe manner meeting all Safe Operating Practice (SOP)Move materials and items from receiving and storage areas to shipping or to other designated areasSort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product codeEnsure warehouse is accessible and safeAssemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping departmentOpen bales, crates, and other containersMake safe deliveries to customers sites meeting all SOPDrive safely to meet all local laws, company safety policies and the Department of Transportation requirementsUpdate Calendar showing most recent status on current order's progress from reception of order through departureFinal quality check prior to shipment departure from the warehouseInvoicing out of inventory and record keeping of all signed copies of Delivery requestsProvide product to configuration at Denali to prepare the devices with the appropriate software for usersAssist with special project team to kit product prior to shipment, and then ship product to the usersAssist with Inventory cycle count as neededRun and monitor expected delivery reports dailySweep, dust and mop. The employee regularly engages in verbal and written communication with colleagues and clients to address project-related inquiries and must be able to convey accurate information clearly and efficiently. The position involves remaining seated at a workstation for approximately 75% of the time, with occasional movement throughout the office to access equipment, supplies, and shared resources. Daily tasks include consistent use of computers and standard office technology such as keyboards, printers, and multifunction devices.
