Project Manager

Job ResponsibilitiesProject Manager will assist in managing day-to-day activities on current capital improvement projects. This includes design meetings and construction progress meetings with architects, engineers and contractors. Following up with procurement on pending FF&E / OSE items and pushing projects to complete on time.Essential Duties/Core CompetenciesCoordinates construction schedule.Creates & maintains schedule and budgets throughout projects.Manages day – to – day operations within projects.Assists in the procurement of all FFE while keeping track of / coordinating schedule & deliveriesCoordinates & runs Owner meetings with general contractors.Demonstrates consistent regard and dedication to guests, vendors, colleagues and the Company by being engaged, interested and productive.Demonstrates a working knowledge of our marketplace; actively and collaboratively assists in building the best practices necessary for the Company’s success.Demonstrates an understanding of the impact actions and decisions have on the Company both financially and on guest relations.Demonstrates the courage and initiative to present new ideas and perspective to create positive results.Exhibits respectful consideration of viewpoints, situations and others.Puts the guest at the forefront of every decision.Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.Organizational skills required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.Strong attention to detail.Work/Educational ExperienceMust be 18 years or older and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules and regulations.High School diploma or G.E.D preferred.Five (5) years’ experience in related field.Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate licenses.Essential RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Fluency in English required, second language a plus. Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability:Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimal, and work with mathematical such as probability and inference. Ability to create, read and analyze spread sheets of statistical data.
