As a Guest Service Agent, you will contribute to the overall guest satisfaction by providing courteous service. You will greet and assist guests and provide information about the Alaska Collection by Pursuit products. You will have a range of duties and responsibilities to include:Assist guests in person and on the phone with information about tours and servicesAccurately capture reservations on the computer-based reservations systemWhat skills and experience do you need for this job?Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organization and detail-oriented skillsPrevious guest service experienceThe starting wage for this role is $17.00/hour.About Us:We're more than a hospitality and attractions company.
