Job Location: Summer Creek Apartments - Houston, TX 77036 Responsibilities General responsibilities include making units ready for move‑in. Thorough knowledge of replacing and repairing kitchen appliances, minor plumbing, garbage disposal, bathroom vents, light fixtures, switches, ceiling fans, outlets, lock re‑keying, door hardware and bathroom fixtures. Must possess personal hand tools. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent and Texas Driver License or Texas ID is required. Background and substance abuse testing required as a condition of employment.
