Wellness Coordinator

Hebrew SeniorLife, a Harvard Medical School–affiliated nonprofit, seeks a Wellness Coordinator to design and lead holistic wellness programs for older adults in our Boston communities. In this full-time, on-site role, you will assess resident needs, develop engaging physical, cognitive, and social activities, and track outcomes that support healthy aging and independence. You’ll collaborate with nursing, rehab, and social work teams, coach residents one-on-one and in groups, and help foster an inclusive, dignity-centered environment.
