Bistro Attendant

The Courtyard by Marriott in Traverse City, MI is seeking enthusiastic Bistro Attendants to support dining services at their on‑site restaurant, The Bistro! We are seeking candidates for both breakfast and dinner service. JOB SUMMARY Responsible for promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and quality restaurant/bar services. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Promote and ensure guest satisfaction through impeccable service PM service includes tending bar, mixing drinks, preparing and presenting food to guests. EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This position requires variable hours based on the needs of the hotel including nights and weekends.
