Sales Representative – Huntsville, Alabama TruGreen is looking for a Field Sales Representative to be the welcoming face in the neighborhood, introducing homeowners to personalized lawn care solutions. You will use our proven Sales Playbook to build lasting relationships and grow our customer base. What You’ll Do You will engage with homeowners face‑to‑face, understand their needs, and deliver custom lawn care solutions that build trust and satisfaction. Every day is an opportunity to connect, educate, and earn their business. Engage with new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and positivity. Customize sales messaging to match the unique needs of each household. Turn “just looking” into “just signed” using a proven sales methodology and processes. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell with precision, showing customers how to upgrade their lawns. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED. Sales or customer‑service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are essential. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills – from small talk to closing talk. Solid time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices.
