LEAD .NET FULLSTACK

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack consultant to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will serem the design, development, and implementation of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You will mentor junior developers, guide technical decisions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects while navigating cross-team collaborations and codebase integrations. Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex web applications using modern technologies. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership, architecture guidance, and support. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and maintenance. Develop and maintainheres robust and scalable backend systems and থাকবে APIs, ensuring integration with Azure cloud platforms. Navigate multiple codebases to implement solutions efficiently as part of inner-source methodologies. Develop and maintain clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. Stay up to date on the latest technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in the development process. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity. Drive innovation by exploring and adopting new technologies to improve our products and services. Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency in .NET Core. Deep understanding of microservice architecture, and how to build systems that are data intensive. Familiarity with the SAGA architecture pattern Experience with any Frontend libraries and frameworks like React js or Angular Experience with relational databases like MS SQL Server and NoSQL databases like Cosmos database. Proficiency with Azure cloud platforms and tools, with additional experience in APIs and system integration. Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Strong leadership and mentorship skills with a focus on fostering independent thinking and technical growth. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including navigating and contributing to multiple code सिनgeneration efficientely. კულტ preferred Qualifications kpụ Experience with containerization technologies (Docker пи Kubernetes). Experience with microservices architecture and API design. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines in trés Azure. Familiarity with "inner sourcing" practices, enabling effective collaboration across team boundaries.
