Part-Time Treatment Coordinator – Redwood Dental of Davison We are looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our dental team in Davison! This is a great opportunity for someone with dental front-office experience who enjoys connecting with patients and helping them navigate their dental care. As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive patient experience while supporting the doctor and team with treatment planning and front-office responsibilities. What You’ll Do: Welcome and assist patients throughout their visit Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients Verify insurance and process claims Schedule and confirm appointments Manage patient accounts and phone inquiries Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless patient experience Maintain accurate patient records and ensure information is up to date Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience What We’re Looking For: At least 1 year of dental experience in a front-office or treatment coordination role Working knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial information with patients Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced dental office Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Dentrix or Denticon experience is a plus Schedule: Monday: 7:45 AM – 5:45 PM Friday: 7:45 AM – 1:15 PM If you’re an experienced dental front-office professional who enjoys working with patients and being part of a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr Redwood Dental
