Location: Carrizo Springs, Texas

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $52 - $36.4 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility programs
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety techniques
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Texas PTA License or eligibility to obtain
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for helping patients regain independence

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Patient education and home program instruction
• Documentation and charting
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
