FINANCE AND INSURANCE MANAGER

Job Overview Maplecrest Ford Lincoln is expanding and we’re looking for a motivated and detailed oriented professional to join our FINANCE DEPARTMENT. Responsibilities Work closely with customers to provide tailored solutions. Secure and process loan and lease deals. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and compliant. Present and sell finance and insurance products such as extended warranties and protection plans. Collaborate with the sales team to drive overall profitability. Qualifications Previous automotive finance experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills. High level of integrity and professionalism. Familiarity with DMS and dealership finance tools is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer focused environment.
