The Warehouse Team Leader oversees a small team of 5-10 members to ensure efficient warehouse operations. This role focuses on supervising daily activities, maintaining safety standards, monitoring team performance, and producing accurate reports to support operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse team members
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Monitor and evaluate team performance metrics
• Prepare and maintain operational reports

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• High School Diploma or equivalent
