Senior Housing Investment Analyst

LCS is seeking an Investment Analyst to analyze and support the investment process for senior housing opportunities, including acquisitions and development projects. You will collaborate with the Investments team on financial analyses, memorandums, benchmarking, and internal reporting. You will perform financial modeling and valuation, support due diligence, draft investment memorandums, and coordinate with brokers, lenders, and internal teams to drive successful transactions. #J-18808-Ljbffr LCS company
