Job Details Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year Trust & Estate litigation firm with a proven record in complex probate, trust, and fiduciary disputes. Why Join Us? Draft and argue pleadings, motion and discovery, trial briefs, and settlement agreements. Conduct and defend depositions; manage written discovery and e‑discovery. Handle mediations, settlement conferences, and regular court appearances. Liaise directly with clients, fiduciaries, beneficiaries, experts, and opposing counsel. Qualifications 2-5 years of recent Trust & Estate litigation experience (required), including probate and fiduciary disputes. Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy; motion practice and deposition experience. Ability to independently manage a caseload with strategic thinking, urgency, and attention to detail. Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. Preferred: first or second‑chair trial experience in probate or civil matters and/or contested accountings, will/trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty, removal/surcharge, undue influence, and elder abuse claims.
