SENIOR LATIN CUISINE COOK (FULL TIME)

Senior Cook Position

We are hiring immediately for a full time SENIOR COOK position.

Location: Uber - 200 South Mathilda Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time; Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Two years of supervisory and Latin or Latin American cuisine cooking experience in a professional kitchen is required.

Fixed Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.

Additional Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Latin dishes according to standardized recipes and station menus.
• Knowledge of traditional and modern cooking techniques including braising, roasting, and grilling.
• Familiarity with common Latin ingredients, spices, and preparation styles.
