Relationship Specialist I

We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and service-driven Relationship Specialist I to join our Retail team at our Gratiot road branch in Saginaw Michigan. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted financial resource for our members while helping them achieve their financial goals through personalized service and meaningful conversations. As a Relationship Specialist I, you'll enjoy a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. You'll assist members with everyday transactions, account services, and financial solutions while building long-term relationships that strengthen member loyalty and satisfaction. This position earns a competitive minimum starting hourly pay of $17.50 . We are an equal-opportunity employer. Relationship Specialist I What You'll Do: Deliver exceptional service during every member interaction. Process a variety of teller transactions accurately and efficiently. Open and close deposit accounts and perform account maintenance. Assist members with debit card services and general account support. Identify member needs through conversations and recommend appropriate products and services. Meet or exceed service, production, and sales goals. Support branch operations by working in various roles and functions as needed. Help manage member traffic and create a welcoming branch experience. Maintain knowledge of credit union products, services, policies, procedures, and regulations. Support other branch locations when business needs require. What We're Looking For Passion for helping people and delivering outstanding customer service. Comfortable using computers and various business software applications. Flexibility to work varying schedules, including Saturdays and occasional assignments at other branch locations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of customer service, banking, retail, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
