Clinical Administrator (RN), Per Diem Night Shift, Nursing Administration

divh2Clinical Administrator/h2pFort Washington Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Clinical Administrator for our Nursing Administration department who will embrace our mission to extend Gods care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Clinical Administrator, you will:/pulliModel and encourage professional practice that includes nurse autonomy, authority, accountability, and responsibility within their unit./liliOperationalize the strategic plan for the Nursing Administration department and the hospital./liliEstablish expectations for staff and appropriately provide resources for care./liliAdhere to and stay abreast of organizational policies and procedures; be a resource to nurses and others in the department and organization./liliDemonstrate effective communication, conflict resolution, team building, and leadership skills, acting as the patient representative during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays./liliEnsure that all infection control precautions and procedures are followed in the nursing department./liliConduct hospital nursing unit rounds to monitor census and staffing.
