  • Department: Outpatient Physical Therapy
  • Schedule: Day/Evening shifts, 8 hours, Monday to Friday

Position Highlights
  • Work in a hospital-based outpatient environment.
  • Utilize an EMR system integrated with all healthcare providers in the region.
  • Practice hours are weekdays from 7 AM to 5:30 PM.

  • No double bookings or overlapping appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medically prescribed physical therapy services to evaluate, treat, and enhance patient mobility while alleviating pain and preventing disabilities.
  • Deliver patient-centered care in line with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based practices.
  • Conduct patient evaluations and physical therapy assessments.
  • Create and implement tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions aimed at rehabilitation and functional enhancement.
  • Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and recovery objectives.
  • Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, and patient safety standards.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate in Physical Therapy.
  • A valid state Physical Therapy license.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification from AHA upon hire, with maintenance of certification required.
