WAREHOUSE ORDER PULLER
Monday - Friday
7:00 am - 4:00 pm
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Pull and fulfill orders accurately using pick tickets, ensuring correct products, quantities, and specifications
- Select, pack, label, and prepare materials for shipment following company procedures and FIFO guidelines
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
- Transport materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and proper stock rotation
- Record shipping and receiving data, including weights, damages, and discrepancies
- Operate warehouse systems (ERP, handheld devices, or kiosks) for tracking materials and orders
- Inspect products for quality standards and remove defective items as needed
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards
- Report equipment issues, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift certification preferred or required
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and FIFO practices
- Basic math and computer skills for data entry and order processing
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment preferred
- Capability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to workplace safety
