The Wendy Cai Phung Agency is seeking a licensed, high-performing Insurance Sales Specialist to join our growing remote team. We are looking for someone who can confidently lead sales conversations, manage warm leads effectively, and consistently convert opportunities into long-term clients. Position Overview As an Insurance Sales Specialist, you will focus on generating new business, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing directly to agency growth. You will work with prospective and existing customers to identify insurance needs, present personalized solutions, and guide clients confidently through the sales process. This is a fully remote role offering strong earning potential, agency support, and ongoing professional development.
