The Thumb in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Assistant Manager (Food Operations Support & Leadership Focus). You’ll join a leadership group to assist in daily operations, develop staff, and drive consistency across kitchen and front-of-house. With 3+ years in restaurant leadership and a background in BBQ/high-volume service, you’ll coordinate Chef, BOH, and FOH operations, supervise training, and help manage purchasing and scheduling while delivering exceptional hospitality. #J-18808-Ljbffr Coma Coffee Roasters
