CNA - Long Term Care/SNFCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assignment in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility setting for a 9-week contract. This position follows a night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with 36 guaranteed hours per week. This is a local-only role, meaning candidates must reside within the required local radius to be eligible. The CNA will support residents with daily care needs in a long-term care environment, ensuring comfort, safety, and quality of life during overnight hours.Requirements:Candidates must be local to the facility as this position does not accept travel applicants.Prior experience working as a CNA in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting is strongly preferred.The candidate should be comfortable providing direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living, and working overnight shifts.Active CNA certification and compliance with all facility and state requirements are expected.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff are essential.Setting: LTCCity: MarlintonState: WVProcedures: The CNA will assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility support. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, reporting changes to nursing staff, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. The CNA will document care provided and ensure adherence to facility protocols and patient care plans. During night shifts, the clinician will also assist with routine rounding, repositioning patients, and responding to call lights while ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the shift.
