Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate where you will contribute to the assembly of solar panels using hand tools. You will work collaboratively in a team environment and utilize your ability to read prints to efficiently put panels together.

Location: Summerville, SC

Pay: $18.00-$19.00/hour + Overtime Available

Shift: 12-Hour Fixed Shifts (Day or Night)

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Assemble solar panel components using hand tools.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Read and interpret blueprints to accurately assemble solar panels.
• Ensure quality and precision in the assembly process.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in general production and assembly.
• Proficiency in using hand tools.
• Familiarity with production labor and manufacturing processes.

Work Environment

The role is based in a new facility that is currently non-climate controlled, with plans to build climate-controlled areas.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Summerville, SC.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
