Job Details:

• 7-week assignment
• 4x10 shift schedule, Tuesday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM
• No on-call requirements
• No weekend requirements
• No floating between units or sister facilities required
• Guaranteed hours: facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Perform high quality CT examinations in accordance with established protocols on patient populations ranging from neonate through geriatrics
• Conduct ED, inpatient, and outpatient exams
• Procedures include: abdomen without and/or with contrast, chest without and/or with contrast, head without and/or with contrast, pelvis without and/or with contrast, coronary CTA, brain perfusion, musculoskeletal trauma, multiplanar reconstruction (MRP), biopsies, drainage, and starting peripheral IVs
• Patient age groups: neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Must be able to produce very high quality special imaging with minimal supervision
• Must be able to function effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Minimum 1 year of CT experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Epic EMR experience required
• Equipment experience required: Philips and Siemens
• Charting systems: Epic and Sectra for PACS
• Scrub color: Black and/or Teal
• Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ARRT (CT), SCRQSA (CT)
• Community hospital experience preferred

Facility:

This acute care hospital is a 116-bed facility offering a comprehensive range of imaging services including emergency department, inpatient, and outpatient CT examinations. The facility utilizes Epic for electronic medical records and Sectra for PACS, and is equipped with Philips and Siemens CT technology. The organization supports a multidisciplinary care environment and serves a diverse patient population from neonates through geriatrics.
