Senior Marketing Director

To build a comprehensive marketing function from the ground up, the full-time remote Senior Marketing Director will manage growth and usage marketing, company positioning and thought leadership, and account-based marketing while collaborating with consultants and eventually leading a team. Key Responsibilities Own the campaign calendar and reporting for existing customer engagement, including newsletters and usage campaigns Partner with clinical and executive leadership to develop thought leadership content and manage the conference and event strategy Build and automate the account-based marketing foundation, including data-driven tools for targeting and engagement Required Qualifications 7+ years in B2B marketing with hands-on experience in growth marketing, account-based marketing, or content development Direct experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform Proven track record of building a marketing function from scratch Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret metrics and generate actionable insights
