Physical Therapist (PT) Opportunity

If you're a Physical Therapist who loves connection, creativity, and helping older adults stay active and independent — this role was made for you.

We're looking for our next employee-owner to join a collaborative, upbeat rehab team supporting two welcoming senior-living communities:

• West Dundee – Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

• Elgin – Tuesdays & Thursdays

This split schedule gives you variety, strong relationships with two teams, and a steady caseload you can truly influence.

New grads are encouraged to apply! We provide mentorship, training, and hands-on experience to help you grow in your career.

As a PT, you'll:

• Set meaningful goals and deliver purposeful, patient-centered treatment

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that actually listens

• Partner with and supervise PTAs who value your leadership

• Help your patients reclaim strength, function, and confidence

• Enjoy the stability of two consistent locations without the chaos of constant travel

If you want your work to matter — this is it.

What You Need:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Valid or pending state PT license (new grads welcome!)

• Experience in rehab, acute care, or long-term care is helpful, but not required — we love to grow our team from within
