Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Location: Denver, CO

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of commercial roofing projects from contract award through final closeout. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and takes pride in delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

You'll work closely with estimators, superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, and customers to ensure every project is executed with excellence. This position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of new construction, reroof, repair, and specialty roofing projects while playing a key role in the continued growth of a respected commercial roofing contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through final completion.
• Coordinate with estimating, field operations, superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement timelines, and project documentation.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to ensure project requirements are met.
• Lead customer communication throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and resolving issues quickly.
• Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, billing, forecasting, and profitability.
• Conduct project meetings and support field teams by providing timely decisions and problem resolution.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and company standards.
• Perform project closeout activities, including punch lists, warranty documentation, and final customer turnover.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of Project Management experience in commercial roofing or commercial construction.
• Commercial roofing experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and field personnel.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites throughout the region.
