Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are a busy, fast‐paced endocrinology practice seeking a reliable and skilled Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, patient‐focused, and comfortable working in a high‐volume clinical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform venipuncture accurately and efficiently (must be proficient in drawing blood)Prepare specimens for lab processingRoom patients and obtain vitalsAssist providers with clinical tasks and proceduresMaintain clean, organized exam rooms and work areasExperience with EHR systems, especially eClinicalWorks (ECW), strongly preferredUpdate patient charts and ensure accurate documentationSupport front and back-office workflow as neededQualificationsPhlebotomy experience required (minimum 1 year preferred)Medical Assistant certification or relevant experienceStrong communication and patient‐care skillsAbility to multitask and work well under pressureExperience in endocrinology or chronic disease management is a plusBenefits AvailableHealth insurancePaid time offPaid holidays
