**Experience and Qualifications:**- Minimum 2 years of experience required in Emergency Department (ED).- First-time travelers are acceptable.- Previous Charge experience is preferred.- Experience in Level II Trauma Center is preferred.- Patient Ratio Experience: 4-5.**Certifications and Licensure:**- Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.- Preferred: CPI, PALS, TNCC.- Active license must be in hand at submission.**Technical Skills:**- EPIC experience is required.- Skills in Arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Care of Ventilated Patients, Central line care/management, Continuous IV sedation, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV vasopressors, Management of dysrhythmias, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Starting and maintaining IVs, Triage.**Other Requirements:**- Must pass a compliance EKG exam (2 attempts allowed).- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required with allowances for medical/religious exemptions.- Flu Vaccine: Required with allowances for medical/religious exemptions.**Preferred Experience:**- Previous Charge RN and Level II Trauma experience are preferred, but not mandatory.**Compliance and Education:**- Background check with no open cases permitted.- Third-party education verification required; degrees from the Florida Diploma Fraud Audit list will not be accepted.- No local candidates within a 50-mile radius; current driver's license required to verify address.**Scheduling:**- Flexible with scheduling; zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences.- Scheduling type: self-scheduling.- 3x12 hour shifts, Nights (7p-7:30a).- 2 weekend shifts or 4 weekend days per 6 weeks.
