What You’ll Do Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment posting Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger entries Support month‑end close activities and financial reporting Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with expense reports and vendor management Respond to internal and external accounting inquiries Support audits and compliance requirements as needed Work closely with operations and leadership teams Represent RA HOY with professionalism and integrity What We’re Looking For 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or similar preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Training and professional development opportunities Supportive, team‑oriented work environment Why RA HOY?
