Mint Physician Staffing—with offices in Houston, TX and Coral Gables, FL—is a well-funded, fast-growing company (25% growth each of the last three years) that is looking for passionate, solution-oriented consultants to develop our national client base of healthcare facilities. Locum Tenens is a $2.4 billion industry and Mint is well-positioned to take market share in our growing physician specialties. As an Account Manager, you will be contracting new clients in need of temporary staffing services through B2B selling—including hospitals, physician groups, large clinics and other facilities. Beyond gaining new contracts, you will continue working with hospital executives, physicians and administrators to service those accounts on an ongoing basis. Within Mint’s team environment, you will be supported by the talented healthcare recruiters and an experienced administrative team. Mint is owned and operated by Stuart McKelvey, a founding member of Monster.com. Just prior to Mint, McKelvey was Group President of the Monster.com Asia Pacific region, responsible for over 2,000 employees and $400 million of revenue. Mint is a private venture that is growing rapidly under Mr. McKelvey’s leadership, most notably with 30% to 55% annual growth for the past three years. The vision of this company is to keep growing by hiring talented sales consultants and triple this growth within in the next two years. The question is do you bring the tenacity that we need to the table? If you qualify for this position, we will train you on all of the unique aspects of the industry and be able to specialize your skills within one of our three divisions - Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine or Primary Care. We are looking for high-integrity, performance-oriented individuals who exude the confidence and conviction needed to not only gain trust from healthcare clients, but also to build lasting relationships. It will be your job to negotiate individual contracts and present temporary assignments to physicians in your network. This is a non-exempt full time position with base salary, plus an aggressive “un-capped” commission plan—this is a healthy six figure opportunity within 2-3 years. You will also be eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K plan, PTO and paid holidays. Qualifications Ideal Requirements:

• Three years of business-to-business sales or recruiting experience
• Aggressive self-starter with a great attitude and strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent closing skills
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and CRM systems
