RN - Ambulatory

Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Infusion

The Ambulatory Infusion staff provide expert care to patients with cancer, autoimmune diseases, infections, and more, ensuring all their infusion needs are met with exceptional quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients requiring infusion therapy.
• Administer chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed.
• Monitor patient responses to infusion therapy and medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and expectations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
• AHA ACLS Provider Card required.
• IV Therapy experience preferred.
• PICC and midline proficiency preferred.
• Chemotherapy experience preferred.
• Infusion (CRNI) and/or Oncology (OCN) national certification preferred.
• Preference for applicants with current ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy-Immunotherapy certification.
• Preference for those with current outpatient infusion experience.

Schedule

Days, varied. No weekends.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
