Senior delivery leader to own end-to-end execution of large enterprise programs, drive strong governance, and embed AI into delivery, platforms, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end delivery ownership (large global programs)
Strong program governance, risk & financial management
AI/GenAI adoption in delivery (engineering, testing, operations)
Operating model transformation (product/platform aligned, POD-based)
Executive-level client engagement
Screening Guidelines (Must Filter)
Have managed
large programs (800+ FTE / $70M+)
Demonstrate
real AI adoption in delivery (with impact)
Have led
operating model transformation (not just Agile)
Show
strong governance and escalation handling experience
Have direct
CIO/CTO stakeholder engagement
