The Team Leader will lead a small team focused on preparing medium-sized electrical components for deliver during the day shift. This role is responsible for working with and overseeing the assembly process, ensuring quality standards are met, coordinating workflow, and fostering team development.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of fewer than 5 assembly technicians
- Oversee assembly operations of overhead production hoists & electrical equipment
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures
- Coordinate workflow to meet production schedules
- Train and develop team members to improve skills and performance
- Create and manage daily work schedules
- Address and resolve assembly process problems
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in electrical assembly
- Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong background in electrical assembly and team leadership
- Experience with quality assurance and lean manufacturing principles
- Proficient troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication abilities
Pay information will vary based on experience and skills acquired.
