Britescape is looking for a moderately experienced gardener (either professional or hobbyist) to help us maintain the beauty and sustainability of our clients' gardens! As a part of our Garden Services Team, the Gardener will share responsibility for daily oversight of the on-site property management of assigned Clientele. Responsibilities Proactively communicate with Lead Gardener and assigned clients to ensure high-quality service delivery. Lead by example, ensuring adherence to Britescape standards and core values. Embody safety compliance expectations in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards. Work with Lead Gardener to manage every aspect of the residential landscape to meet Britescape standards, including property management, weeding, mulching, mowing, fine pruning, planting, and irrigation & lighting troubleshooting and repair. Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in varying terrain and weather conditions. Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to develop a positive rapport with clients and team members. Valid Driver's License Compensation The pay range for this position starts at $23-$26 per hour , depending on experience. (Relevant degrees and professional experience will be considered additional experience) Benefits Work/Life Balance! 40 hours per week, 6:45am-3:15pm Full Benefit Package for full-time employment.
