Monkey Bar/Kitchen Staff

Restaurant experience is not required.

• Accurately follow our best-known methods for serving guests, cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and bar, and preparing food and alcoholic beverages.
• Confidently use your best judgment to ensure our guests love their experience when unique situations arise
• Arrive at work on time looking polished and professional
• Ability to multi-task

When working at the Monkey Bar/kitchen, employees must make sure their hands are washed and gloved up whilst preparing food. Greeting customers as they walk by even if they aren't buying food. While it is not busy, kitchen employees must wipe down the tables and chairs and realign the tables to their designated spots. Interacting with guests, taking orders, cooking food, making cocktails, and keeping the upstairs mezzanine clean are the tasks of the kitchen staff.
