Loan Officer

RCN Capital is a national, direct, private lender with an office located in Los Angeles, CA. We are seeking a Loan Officer in the Los Angeles, CA area who will be responsible for identifying new, viable leads for asset-based real estate loans. The Loan Officer will work directly with the broker or borrower to establish their needs, identify a program that fits those needs, and qualify them. RCN Capital works strictly with commercial mortgages backed by residential properties and provides a full range of asset-backed, short- and long-term loans from $70K to $2M. Primary Responsibilities: Identify new customers for real estate, asset-based loans fitting company's criteria Follow up on leads generated through RCN Capital's marketing program Responsible for loan origination managing the loan through processing and underwriting Point of contact for follow up servicing after closing Collection and analysis of financial and credit data to assess customer need and identify the appropriate program Thorough knowledge and clear communication of all RCN products and services Requirements: Must be living in the Los Angeles, CA area.
