Senior Business Systems Analyst

To support the development of internal reporting capabilities, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will design and implement reporting solutions, manage automation processes, and collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with business requirements in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Identify and facilitate process design changes through complex business and systems analysis, focusing on quality improvement and data management Manage the automation of reports from Access to SSRS, including creating stored procedures and designing reports Collaborate with the operations team to meet CMS requirements and participate in audits, while supporting various business functions with reporting needs Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant work experience Proficiency in SQL and experience with reporting tools like Power BI, Excel, and Tableau Experience with Medicare and familiarity with systems such as Invidasys and Market Prominence is desirable Strong understanding of data models and their relationship to reporting Ability to manage large-scale projects and daily operational requests effectively
