Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in a school environment. This full-time, contract opportunity is based at a single campus near New Braunfels, TX, running from August 12, 2026, through May 28, 2027. As an SLPA, you will collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and other educational professionals to help students achieve their communication goals—playing a vital role in their educational journey.

Qualifications & Desired Background:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license in the state of Texas
• Previous experience supporting speech services in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Comfortable working in a monolingual (English-speaking) environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to take direction and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Motivated to contribute to the growth and success of students

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct intervention to students as directed by supervising SLP
• Follow individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress
• Assist with the preparation of therapy materials and activities
• Maintain accurate and timely data and records
• Support inclusive practices within classrooms and facilitate generalization of communication skills
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning as needed
