Medustrial is actively looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work with individuals who need daily support and care. This is meaningful, important work — and it pays well.

What You Can Earn

• $15.43/hour straight time
• $23.15/hour overtime
• Earn up to $1,080/week (based on 60 hours)
• UNLIMITED overtime available — the more you work, the more you earn

Positions Available

• Full Time (60+ hours/week available)
• Part Time (flexible scheduling around your life)
• PRN / Pick-Up Shifts (work when you want — great for extra income)

What a DSP Does

A Direct Support Professional (Caregiver) assists individuals with daily living activities including personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, and companionship. You are the person who makes their day better — and that matters.

You Do NOT Need:

• A healthcare degree or certification
• Prior caregiving experience
• Money to get started — we cover your CPR Certification and TB test at no cost to you!

You DO Need:

• A caring, patient personality
• Reliability — show up on time, every shift
• A valid ID and ability to pass a background check
• A good attitude and willingness to learn

Important — Please Read

Once hired and in training, all new employees begin a 90-day probationary period. We invest in you from day one by covering your certifications. In return, we ask for your commitment. Employees who separate before completing 90 days will have certification costs deducted from their final paycheck and will not be eligible for rehire.
