Position Summary: The QA/SQE Supervisor leads supplier quality activities within the automotive environment, ensuring high standards of quality performance and continuous improvement. This role requires strong problem-solving and facilitation skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers, while managing and supporting the SQE team to meet organizational and customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Prefer with OEM knowledge, and BA in Engineering and/or related Supplier Management Field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal and management skills.
• Management of supplier PPAP submission and performing supplier audit experience.
• Able to provide ideas on supplier quality control and with APQP/PPAP experiences to ensurequality output from supplier.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; focus on Mechanical or Electronics preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive supplier quality engineering.
• Strong knowledge of PPAP, APQP, supplier audits, and quality systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with OEM processes is highly desirable.
• Language skills: Spanish or Japanese is a plus.
• Must be comfortable traveling regularly to Reynosa, Mexico minimum (3) days per week. (secured company transport provided)

DENSO TEN AMERICA's Texas Distribution Center (TDC), located in McAllen, Texas, plays a key role in supporting North American operations through warehousing and distribution activities. The facility supports logistics and supply chain operations, helping ensure timely delivery of products to customers and manufacturing partners across the region.
